Professionally significant psychophysiological functions, personal features, health status and adaptive abilities formation processes course of the organisms of girls and youth mastering medical specialties. To investigate the medical aspects of diagnostics, forecasting and correction of professional suitability of girls and youth mastering medical specialties were investigated. Methods: hygienic, psychophysiological, psychological, epidemiological, sociological, statistical analysis, forecasting on the basis of creating of statistical models and neuro-fuzzy networks. For the first time the hygienic and professiographic assessment of working conditions and labour process on main medical occupations was performed. The features of professionally significant psychophysiological functions, personal features, health status and adaptive abilities formation processes course of the organisms of pupils and students at different stages of medical education were determined. Methods of health state, functional state and professional suitability forecasting for girls and youth using statistical models and expert system on the basis of neuro-fuzzy systems were developed. The program for functional state and professional suitability psychohygienic diagnostics, forecasting and correction for pupils and students mastering medical specialties was substantiated scientifically.
