The thesis is devoted to the problem of risk stratification late after acute myocardial infarction and studying of quercetin use in myocardial infarction treatment. It was found that predictors of adverse events of myocardial infarction acute period, which estimated 3 months after myocardial infarction, allow to evaluate risk degree of adverse cardiac events in late postinfarctional period. We developed clinical algorithm of risk stratification on the term 3 months after myocardial infarction. It was detected significant interdependences between predictors after 3 and 12 months after myocardial infarction, which can individualize risk stratification according to myocardial infarction localization. It was found practicability of quercetin use in myocardial infarction therapy on the basis of its positive influence on postinfarctional period course
