Object of research: process of manufac-turing of finished goods on enterprises of various types of ownership; purpose of the project: theoretical basis and development of methods of organization and management of marketing-oriented system of creation of new products on the enterprise during trans-formations; methods of research and instru-ments: comparative and statistical analysis, expert evaluation method, index and finan-cial analysis, sociological research method; theoretical and practical results: system and complex analysis and summarizing of eco-nomic preconditions of successful organiza-tion of new products creation and imple-mentation process; definition of innovation features of industrial enterprises in modern conditions; development and scientific-practical grounds of conceptual basis of forming and functioning of system of crea-tion and implementation of new products based on marketing concept; summarizing of worldwide experience of factor analysis, which positively influence innovation activ-ity of the enterprise, and reasons leading to innovation failure on the market; practical significance of obtained results is contribu-tion to effective organization of complex system of creation and implementation of new products based on marketing concept on Ukrainian enterprises; subject and im-plementation degree: development is imple-mented at Close Corporation "Institute Uk-rorgstankinprom" and "KhELZ Ukrelectro-mash"; application field: industrial enter-prises, educational process.
