The study of peculiarities of the cause by the initial stage of discirculatory encephalopathies caused by atherosclerosis and its combination with arterial hypertension at the persons of young age suffered from the ionic radiation. It is revealed, that for the given contingent of patients (especially suffering from the arterial hypertension) is characteristic development of early cerebral atherosclerosis, disorder in the system of haemostasis disposed to hypercoagulation, and marked asthenic, psychoautonomic syndromes, disorder of adaptation abilities, early disorder of cognitive functions aggravate the clinical manifestation and the course of discirculatory encephalopathies of the first degree. A complex of pathogenically well grounded therapy, directed to the principal clinical development of the early forms of cerebrovascular pathology which includes application of antiasthenic preparation "Stimol".
