Krutous O. Motivation Forming and Labour Efficiency Increasing at diary-breeding branch

The author of this dissertation paper has studied and worked out theoretical theses, methodical and practical recommendations according to motivation forming and labour efficiency increasing at large-scale agricultural enterprises of diary-breeding branch under market development conditions. The author has suggested scientific basis for labour efficiency main points and methodical approaches of its determination by means of integral index. Design procedure of labour productivity influence on production effectiveness figures was improved. Quantitative influence on labour-productivity at diary-breeding branch by main natural-biological, technico-technological, production-organizing and social factors was determined. It has been suggested people- standards determination and duties redistribution of main categories of people working at cattle-breeding farms in condition of assembly-line milk production. Priority value guiding lines and labour motives of milkmaids in conditions of market transformation in agricultural sector were defined. Models of intraeconomic relations in situation of property's leasing and subleasing were grounded.
