This thesis provides researching about creating and forming of organizational structure of marketing management (OSM) in enterprise. Frame covered by this thesis consist of theoretical and methodological basics of creating OSM, the ways of defining marketing as subject of enterprise planning, analysis of marketing structure in domestic enterprises, and dependencies between OSM and enterprise success. Concept of structure creation grounded here, also with impact factors of internal and external environment that affect enlargement and duration of marketing activity. Developed functional model of marketing and defined OSM quantitative characteristics algorithms.
