Object - The milk division process on creams and separated milk in a centrifugal field and also milk fat analyzer of centrifugal type. Aim - Milk production system effectiveness rise by way of efficient correcting of technological parameters on information base about milk fat of each animal, obtained by the fat analyzer data, and also milk fat analyzer type grounding, its measuring modes and parameters. Methods - the theoretical analysis and synthesis, statistic information studying, planning of sifting out and multi-factor researches. Novelty - The new method and device for determination of milk fat is offered; mathematical model of milk division process on creams and separated milk in cavity of rotation disc is developed; the basic cinematic, geometrical and power parameters of milk fat analyzer is grounded; the correlation ratio between volume of centrifuged creams and milk fat is set. Results - experimental unit is developed; the unit handed over for introduction into "Bratslav" Ltd of Vinnytsia region Nemyriv district. Using Sphere - Agroindustrial complex of Ukraine.
