Essay

Object of research are the objects and processes of container structure of a transport & technological complex of industrial unit. The purpose - development of methodology, models, means both algorithms of creation and functioning of a container complex "Port - LDC"; the optimization of its structural characteristics, that provides essential escalating of container flows in industrial unit. Methods of research - system technical methods, basis of logistic, theory of indistinct sets, methods of research of operations, theory of lexicographic optimization, theory of management. The basic theoretical results: the task of a presence of the characteristics of a container flow on a scalar parameter is formulated; the technique of optimization of rational structural construction of a container complex "Port - Logisticl distribution centre" is developed. The basic practical results: the models, received in work, algorithms both criterion of optimization of transport & technological and administrative processesof a container complex are lead up to the engineering decisions, by results of which the project "Interport Mariupol" is developed. Its introduction allows to increase processing a container flow in Mariupol industrial unit stage by stage on 50-80 of %; in 2000 in the Mariupol port in view of results of research the new turn special complex on processing container cargoes is entered. The novelty of development is, that: the system analysis of management of container flows in industrial unit is carried out; is offered a technique of lexicographic optimization of structure of objects container structure; the criterion functions of multimodal transportations are developed. A degree of introduction: The separate results of researches are used in work of the Mariupol seaport, in educational process PSTU, others are planned to introduction. Sphere of use: container terminals and industrial units of Ukraine.
