Essay

The thesis is devoted to the current problem of obstetrics - the decrease of the incidence of maternal and perinatal morbidity in women with alimentary-constitutional obesity. Obese pregnant women have disbalance in POE-AOP system with the activation of lipid peroxidation and antioxidant deficiency. The method of prophylaxis of pregnancy and labor complications in women with alimentary-constitutional obesity was worked out with the using of "Hophytol" and "Lipin". This therapy leads to the normalization of hormonal and lipid balances, which causes the decrease of maternal and perinatal morbidity.
