On the basis of clinical, tomographical peculiarities of chronic cerebrovascular insufficiency with arterial hypertension in reproductive age women after total ovariectomy with use of honadotropic and sex hormones', electrolytes' serum levels, lipid complex, carbohydrate metabolism, cerebrovascular Doppler ultrasound investigation we obtain risk factors of disease' development and perform treatment recommendations for such patients. Theoretical conclusions and new way of resolving the problem was settled. We propose to investigate neurological abnormalities and it's correction in women with postovariectomic syndrome.
