Protskiv N. Legal regulation of cancellation of civil-law contracts under the civil legislation of Ukraine

The dissertation is the independent completed scientific work, the first in Ukraine complex research of cancellation of contracts in which on the basis of the current legislation and practice features of cancellation of civil-law contracts are investigated, specificity of legal regulation of the bases of cancellation of contracts is opened (the consent of the parties (sides), initiatives of one party (side)), consequences of cancellation of the contract arc analysed, system of rules of law about cancellation of contracts is defined, features of cancellation of separate kinds of contracts arе opened (sale and purchase, delivery, rent, in succession, confidential management of property, the bank account, credit). The significant attention in the dissertation is given to development of offers on improvement of the legislation on insurance.
