Essay

The research of pathophysiological mechanisms of stress-realizing processes functional condition violation in hypothalamus, kidneys, suprarenal glands and blood's plasma of rats in III-B degree thermal defeats of 15% and 30% area surface of body is conducted. As established, that the thermal burn causes primary activation of lipid peroxidation processes in all investigated structures, that is accompanied by activation of antioxidative systems key enzymes adenilatcyclase and cAMF contents' increase. Amplification of acethylcholinesterase activity and rennin-angiotensine system at the same time observed and contents is increased both in organs and blood plasma. The revealed disturbances coincide with the clinical displays of erectile phase of thermal shock and are accompanied by hyperreactivity of burnt animal. After relative decrease of lipid peroxidation processes activity with trust high parameters of antioxidative system functional condition the secondary activation of freeradicals processes is marked.
