We investigated hemopoiesis, iron metabolism, condition of antioxidant system and tissue respiration, condition of mother-placenta-fetus system. Established, that at pregnant women, who have, hypoxic syndrome is characterized on tissue level with metabolism transition on anaerobic way of energy production and is accompanied by disorder of the interrelation of corrosion of peroxide lipids and the system of antioxidant defense. A result of use of complex therapy with usage of phosphatidylcholine liposomes at pregnant women, who have asiderotic anemias, is constant increase in rates of red blood in short terms, fetoplacental system, improvement of general habitus, normalization of processes of antioxidant defence and cellular metabolism, which helps the decrease of the rate of obstetric complications and the reduction of perinatal morbidity.
