Grekov I. Peculiarities of Office Employees' Labor Legal Regulation.

Thesis is devoted to the analysis of office employees' labor legal regulation peculiarities. The place, role and definition of state service, officials of state establishments, enterprises and institutions state service procedure, modern status of legal regulation of official and labor relations of office employees as special category of employed population in Ukraine are researched. Author's version of state service and office employee definitions, necessity of legal regulation of official and labor relations by the norms of labor legislation including peculiarities provided by special legislation are proposed. Actual problems of legal regulation's differentiation in the sphere of state service, grounds, conditions and procedure of official and labor relations origin are also analyzed. A number of propositions as to improvement of official and labor relations' realization procedure, discipline responsibility of official employees for omitting or not proper performance of their legal duty and grounds of stopping official and labor relations with them are substantiated.
