Sokil A. Tax Apparatus of Ukrainian Socialist Soviet Republic in the Period of New Economic Politics (1921-1928).

Thesis is devoted to organizational and legal grounds of Ukrainian Socialist Soviet Republic Tax Bodies activity in the period of New Economic Politics. The main regularities of Soviet Tax Politics in Ukrainian Socialist Soviet Republic and their influence on tasks and functions of Tax Apparatus are uncovered in this work. Development of Republic Tax bodies system is followed up; changes of its structure, cooperation of separate elements are analyzed. Soviet personnel politics as for Tax Bodies is researched. Approaches and methods of tax personnel creation and training are elucidated. Competence of Tax Bodies as in Republican as in local level is analyzed in this work; the main ways of their enforcement activity, peculiarities of cooperation with other bodies of state government are shown.
