Bashtovaya N. Prophylaxis and treatment of postpartum metroendometritis with application in complex therapy the method of bioresonant stimulation of the uterus

Object of the research: complicated postpartum period, postpartum metroendometritis. Purpose of the research: To reduce the incidence of postpartum metroendometritis and to improve the efficacy of its treatment by development and introduction into the pratice of a new method of prevention and therapy with the use virromechanical bioresonant stimulation of the uterus; to evaluate the efficacy of the suggested method. Methods of the study: clinical laboratory, bacteriological, cytological, ultrasound, echography, hysterography, statistical. Practical significance of the obtained results: A new methods of prevention and treatment of postpartum metroendometritis with the use of early surgical treatment of the uterus cavity and bioresonant vibromechancal stimulation was suggested for introduction to the work of maternity hospitals, which provides optimization of reparative processes, blood flow normalization and uterus contractility, positively influences the course and outcome of the disease. The use ofthe suggested method o prevention and treatment of postpartum endometritis in maternity hospitals in risk groups allows to reduce the incidence of this pathology/ its early use in inflammatory processes reduces the duration of hospital stay. Novelty: For the first time it was proved that uterus involution and the processes of postpartum sanogenesis are associated with the character of blood flow in the uterus, its disturbances are a risk factor of postpartum endometritis. For the first time the influence of bioresonant vibromechanical stimulation of the uterus on the course of postpartum period, the character of blood flow in the uterus, its contractility, regeneration processes in the endometrium and reduction of the microbe dissemination of the maternal passages was investigated, which allowed to substantiate the use of this method in the complex of therapeutic and prophylactic measures aimed at elimination of postpartum endometritis. For the first time it was shown that early endoscopic surgical treatmentof the uterus cavity in combination with bioresonant vibromechanical stimulation increase elimination of microbe agent from the maternal passages, accelerate sanogenesis and increase the efficacy of complex therapy for postpartum metroendometritis. Degree of introduction: The developed complex of therapeutic and prophylactic measures at danger of purulent inflammatory diseases was introduces into the practice of obstetric departments of maternity hospitals in Dnepropetrovsk and Dnepropetrovsk region and Donetsk. Main ideas of the work are used in the teaching process at obstetrics and gynecology departments of Dnepropetrovsk State Medical Academy. Area of application: medicine, obstetrics and gynecology.
