Yevstafyeva V. Comparative efficiency of some acaricides at sarcoptes in pigs.

The objects of the investigation are different age groups of pigs of large white breed, sarcoptes pincers, serum of blood and solid blood, contact acaricides and preparations of wide application. The object of the investigation is to study the medical efficiency of contact insectoacaricides and preparations of wide application at sarcoptes in pigs, to find out their influence on morphological and biochemical blood data in animals, to define acaricid characteristic in comparative aspect. The methods of the investigation are arakhnological, morphological, biochemical, economical. Devices: microscope, electric photo colorimeter, photo spectrometer, centrifuge, thermostat, cell by Goriayev, apparatus by Panchencov, refractometer, analisator ''En zi leit''. Theoretical results. It has been the spreading, seasonal and aged dynamic of sarcoptes in pigs in forest-steppe zone of Ukraine. It has been given the comparative medical efficiency of the most spreaded and new acaricides and their influence on morphological and biochemical blood data in animals. Practical results. The method of rendering more healthy pig farms from sarcoptes has been worked out and introduced. It includes the treatment of pregnant sows and hogs by brovermectin. The innovation of the introduction. The new modified method of laboratory diagnostic of sarcoptes in pigs has been worked out. It's based on use of vegetable oil. Introduction degree.
