The research object there are scientific-research organization, state agricultural research stations, regional centers of scientific maintenance of the AIP, research farming's which enter the net of UAAS. The research aim is learning the theoretical and methodological bases and applied aspects of the development of science and production and the grounds of the conceptual principles as for the formation of the integral structures and the directions of the economic relations improvement in the system "science-production". The research methods: historically-economic analysis, monographic and statistic, abstractly-logical and the comparison. The theoretical and practical results: it was researched the theoretical essence, directions and the moat important principles of the organization of the integral scientific-productive processes in the agrarian sector of the economy. The conclusions and notions, which were received in the research process, which are directed for the formation and the effective function of the economic relations in the system of the science and production integration in the market conditions and the development of new integral structures. The science novelty meat that on the base of the research of the scientific and applied aspects of economic relations in the system "science-production" it is found out the essence of the concept of the scientific-technical progress and also the essence of the scientific maintenance of the agrarian production in the market conditions which are shown in the integral processes in the national research systems. The degree of the introduction: the worked up in the thesis the methods as the formation of the organizing structures of scientific-productive integration are used by the Presidium of the Ukrainian Academy of the agrarian sciences. The notions as for the organization of the internal-economic relation and the work payment are used in the research farming "Pasichna". The recommendations as for improvement of the economic relations in the system of the science and production integration are used in the action of Khmelnitskiy center of scientific maintenance of the agro-industrial production and can de used other regional centers. This is confirmed with two certificates. The effectivitv: it is reached by the way of putting into practice the series of motivated in the thesis principles, specifically: - the ground of the perspective of the organizing structures of scientific-productive integration and the improvement of the economic relations in the system "science-production" in the market conditions; - the most optimal way of economic development is attest the main circumstance is the steady renewal of the technologies at the expense of using the latest scientific elaboration's in dif-ferent spheres of scientific-technical process.
