The thesis is dedicated to the research of complex of theoretical and practical questions concerned with prevention of delinquency on the equity market. The work contains the criminological description of the given crimes disclosing mechanisms of their perpetration, analysis of factors that determine these crimes. The thesis analyses the peculiarities and problems in the acting control system and government regulation of the equity market as well as in activity of organs of domestic affairs with regard to the struggle with respective crimes. A particular attention is paid to the development of measures aimed at improvement of activity of organs of domestic affairs with regard to prevention and revelation of crimes on the equity market.
