On the basis of the study of anatomo-functional capacity of reconstructed urinary tracts in patients after radical cystectomy and continuous urinary derivation (ileoneocystoplasty) the postoperative complication have been analyzed and measures for their prevention elaborated, the functional capacity of ileal urinary bladder formed by "Double-U" method has been proved. The scheme for dispensary monitoring of patients after radical cystectomy and ileoneocystoplasty has been elaborated. The criteria for assessment of long-term results after cystectomy and ileoneocystoplasty have been worked out.
