Essay

The dissertation is devoted to theoretical and methodological research and working out of practical recommendations on formation of strategy of development of hospitality enterprises. Theoretical research of essence and importance of the formation of development strategy of hospitality enterprises has been conducted, the problems of interference of external and internal environmental factors have been analyzed, the stages of complex analyses of these factors influence have been detailed; the technique of classical SWOT-analysis has been improved. New approaches to the determination of enterprises according to the format of their economic activities have been worked out. There have been created models that enable to analyze quantitative parameters. There have been constructed the forms of interrelation of market proportion as dependant variable from the additional set of the most important explanatory variables that characterize different aspects of hospitality enterprise activity. There have beendistinguished practical and methodological recommendations concerning the formation of the program of development strategy of hospitality enterprises on the basis of restructuring strategy. There have been determined the basis of estimation of efficiency of management decisions that enable to increase the results and quality of restructuring actions, to determine their material basis and financial sources.
