Are investigated clinical-ehografical, endocrinological and immunological features at the women with endometriome before and after lapascopy treatment. The morphological features of the removed fields are found out at endoscopy treatment endometriome in dependence on clinical flow of a basic disease. The interrelation between clinical, ehografical, morphological, endocrinological and immunological changes in the remote term after lapascopy of treatment endometriome fixed. Are developed and the practical references on downstroke of frequency recedive of endometriome of a lesion of ovaries are introduced on the basis of use rehabilitational measures.
