Process dehydration and granulation at fluidized-bed granulator. Determination the robust condition of the process. The generalization and new solution of science problem seeking the robust conditions of the process dehydration and granulation heterogeneous composite liquids at fluidised bed granulator are proposed. The new quality index of granulated product dispersion and, based at one, the method of determination the process upsets and influence the composite liquids chemistry to granulated product quality are presented. The Taguchi's robust approach is flared and the results of its application for the process are shown. The optimal conditions of the process are determined.
