Essay

In the thesis the place and role of transnational crime in the system of international relations in the 1990-s - 2001 are studied. The author proves the fact of existence of the problem of transnational crime in the global as regional international relations systems. The object of study is transnational crime and its evolution in the period being studied. Its specific character, deep reasons and sources of its origin have been revealed. The policy of international organizations, regional coalitions and different countries of the world regarding the organized crime's problem has been studied. The author's conception of the possible ways of its solution was suggested. Interdependence of the evolution of the problem of organized crime and the condition of international relations in post-bipolar period was displayed.
