Essay

The dissertation is devoted to identifying the prerequisites for the use of international migration processes as a tool for achieving political goals by stakeholders in international relations. It is investigated which conflict genes are embedded in migration processes by the conditions of hybrid conflict and how the interested political entity can further enhance the conflict potential of international migration processes. It is substantiated that mass resettlement of people from the zone of hybrid conflict creates the best conditions for the transformation of horizontal inequality and the emergence of feelings of social dissatisfaction. The main threats to national and regional security in the case of external management of migration processes have been identified and substantiated. The dissertation for the first time investigates the features of external management of international migration and proposes an algorithm for identifying the entity that carries it out.
