Essay

The dissertation examines the international dimensions of humanitarian intervention in Libya. The choice of topic was due to the conflictogenicity of regional relations, which escalates into civil wars, the scope of which depends on external actors, reviewing the content of peacekeeping, the role of national international actors and the UN in this process, their new tools such as preventive humanitarian intervention and the doctrine protect". Although humanitarian interventions may take place in the future, the concept of R2P is likely to remain weak if the problems of intervention are not explored and addressed, and in this sense, Libya's experience is most important for generalization.
