Essay

There were examined 125 patients of basic group and 92 patients of control group with І, ІІ, and ІІІ severe degree of burn shock. Determine of indexes of variability of heart rhythm and multifunctional haemodinamics diagnostic system "Alarm-surgeon" proved themselves egually with laboratory and clinical methodics (arterial pressure measuring, central venouse pressure, pulse measuring, arterial saturation of oxygen). Complex characteristics of clinical, functional and laboratory indexes, haemodinamic type and vegetative heart regulation state allows to provide an effective control of optimal intensive care of burn shock patients.
