Essay

The intensification of lipid peroxidation and the enhancement of activated oxygen species levels in pea leaves, roots and chloroplasts under clinorotation (7 and 14 days) was established. The increase in the lipid and unsaturated free acid content under 7-day clinorotation and their consequent decrease under more prolonged clinorotation were revealed. The increase in superoxide dismutase activity under 7-days ckinorotation and its decrease under more prolonged influence were established.
