The dissertation is devoted to theoretical researches connected to creation of the high-speed railway passenger rolling-stock for the interregional message. The review of researches of horizontal dynamic qualities of vehicle is executed. The analysis of mathematical models wheelsrails contact has allowed to make a conclusion that the theoretical researches of horizontal dynamics of vehicle outside a steady movement should be carried out with obligatory consideration of features point-to-point contact. . The satisfactory convergence of the theoretical settlement characteristics of horizontal dynamics and results train-tests a die-train ДЭЛ01 gives the basis to consider the developed Mathematical model of interaction of wheel pairs and ways adequate.
