Lesheva T. Oxygen status of organism of pregnant women and its correction in conditions of technoloading by hard metals.

Object - a reproductive health of pregnant women. Aim - improvement of reproductive health of pregnant women and innerwomb state of foetus, reduction of complication frequency of pregnancy and delivery by the revealiation of oxygen status peculiarities and the content of hard metals in organisms of pregnant women, who live in the ecologically unfavourable conditions prophylaxis improvement of revealed pathologies by adding pectin containing preparation into the complex of preventive therapeutics. Methods - clinical, functional, laboratory, atomic - sorbtinal, statistical. Novelty - of oxygen status of pregnant women's organisms were investigated in conditions of technical loading by hard metals; its change depends on thirds of pregnancy and region where women live. Conducted biological monitoring revealed that in blood of pregnant women, living in an industrial region, higher level of lead and cadmium and lower level of iron, copper and zinc are observed. It has been shown that it is expediently to usenative preparation "Tablets of pectin's" for the prophylaxis of pathology of oxygen status of pregnant women's organisms. Results - practical recomendations are elaborated and incultivated into practice. Branch - health protection.
