Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of improving diagnosis, therapy and prophylaxis of ectopic pregnancy in women of the fertile age. The risk factors for this pathology were determined. And a method for forecasting its development was proposed. The data were obtained regarding regularities of the hormonal profile, and the ultrasonic diagnostic criteria were worked out for progressive tubal pregnancy. An algorithm was developed for the examination of patients with suspected for ectopic pregnancy. A conservative therapeutic method was developed for progressive tubal pregnancy using transvaginal salpingocentesis with the differentiated dose of methotrexate. The criteria were determined for the selection of patients for the conservative treatment.
