Essay

In the dissertation the analysis of a modern condition of technologies and equipment for manufacture of malt, including processes washing, disinfection of barley and it steeping, growing and drying of malt is submitted. The prospects and necessity of maintenance of manufacture physically and microbiological by pure air, association of interests of technology, processes both mechanization transfer and discharging, recuperation of material and power flower flows are shown. Is developed a technique of account of platforms of dryers of malt with gravitational unloading by optimization of elements of a design in sizes of the internal power factors and dynamics of transients in systems with replaceable rigidity, with which the drives of platforms are simulated. The industrial introduction of development in manufacture is executed. Key words: manufacture of malt, drying, platform, loading, dynamics, recuperation.
