It was grounded the necessity of carring out the analysis of application of theoretical and practical aspects of the situtional approach in organizational management. The rekommedations due to formation of the situational management system were worked out. It was suggested the situational analysis method and the decomposition of situational diagnostics process. The application of controlling and organization reengineering was proposed too. The model of effective personel management in non-conflict organization was examined. The method of the rating of the efficiency of the situational management system were worked out.
