Sabadash V. Technique of investigating the crimes, committed in the sphere of realization of corporative rights.

The manuscript is the monographic research on the technique of investigating the crimes, committed in the sphere of realization of corporative rights. The thesis is dedicated to studying and generalizing the elements of criminalistic characteristics of corporative crimes: the ways of committing the crimes, in particular at privatising the state ownership, methods of plundering and the attending crimes that are carried out by means of founding an investment firm (insurance company, trusting society, selling enterprise etc.) and attracting investors (money depositors) with the subsequent appropriation of their money. The classified system of crimes committed in the sphere of realization of corporative rights is represented and the methods of exposure and investigation of the crimes, committed in the sphere of realization of corporative rights are elaborated.
