Essay

The aim of this work is to develop methods of intrauterine infection for premature newborns decrease by correction of the mother-placenta-foetus system status. Different components of a complement system and cytokines were estimated and the clinical and immunological analysis of laferone effectiveness for іmmunodeficiency prevention and correction for premature was performed. This fact justifies its application in the preventive for premature with risk of antenatal infection.
