The processes of the transformation in the sphere of allocation and commodity exchange in the agricultural sector. Improvement of the methodological and methodical principles of the formation of the organized agricultural market. The methods of the research are: abstract-logical, monographic, calculating-constructive and economical-statistical. The recommendations concerning the improvement of the state regulation of the market were worked out. The new methodological approach to the forming of the price model for the agricultural products was proposed. The sphere of the implementation is the agricultural, providing and process enterprises.
