Dissertation is devoted to a problem of consulting psychologist's burnout. On the basis of the theoretical and empirical analysis, three groups of factors are distinguished: individual, organizational and factors concern to clinical relations. New construct (the type of therapist's professional attitude in clinical relation: dialogic and monologic) is developed. The results of research have shown, that the least degree of burnout characterizes therapists, who is dealing with groups and having the private practice. A type of professional attitude mediates correlation between therapist's empathy and burnout. Significant correlations between burnout and structural characteristics of professional attitude are revealed. On the basis of findings special program of preventive and therapeutic measures is developed.
