The dissertation research is devoted to the definition of transgenerational attachment factors in families with a child with cerebral problems. It has been proven that the lack of proper separation in the dyad "woman - her mother" determines the pathological patterns of a woman's relationship with her own child. The psychological meaning of motherhood and the structural-characterological conditionality of the attachment of mother and child is a range of subject relations, which is manifested in the transgenerational mechanisms of the identification process. Mothers usually transfer the model of relationships with their own mothers to the image of their child. It is proved that a woman's anxious and ambivalent attachment to her mother is a factor in the violation of the mechanisms of role and interaction perception, maternal self-perception. It is determined that the transgenerational conditionality of the guidelines for motor functioning is a factor of cognitive-perceptual distortions of the image of a child with cerebral palsy. The organizational principles and models of medical and psychological rehabilitation in families with children with cerebral palsy are generalized. Based on the neuropsychological approach, a model of somato-sensory development of women, congruence of patterns of self-perception, which determines the interaction with the child at the level of sensory-imaginative interactions. a patient with cerebral palsy, to determine the most effective cycle of development of a child with cerebral palsy. The use of joint dynamic games of children with cerebral palsy and their mother is important, considering the sequence of physical exercises that ensure the growth of physical endurance and variability of both mother and child. Exercise group classes provide a growth of a stable image of one's own "I", and a more active connection to the process of treatment and intervention of children with cerebral palsy.
