Essay

The dissertation represents the results of studying clinical, biochemical, serologic, microbiological and immunological exponents of 137 patients with chronic inflammatory diseases of uterine appendages. According to the results of retrospective statistical analysis, the frequency of salpingoophoritis in the structure of disease rate and reproductive health pathology were stated. Clinical and paraclinical peculiarities of chronic inflammatory diseases of uterine appendages were revealed with different variants of clinical course. The etiologic role and structure of mixed infection during exacerbation of chronic salpingoophoritis at subacute clinical course were defined. The clinic- pathogenic parallels and regulatory role of a- g-IFN, pro- (TNF a) and antiinflammatory (IL-4) cytokines in the development of the recurrences and the character of clinical course of chronic inflammatory diseases of uterine appendages were revealed. The dependence of suppression of interferon system on infection factor andseverity of inflammatory process in uterine appendages was stated. The pathogenic principles and differentiated approach to the interferoncorrected therapy by using endogenous inducer of interferon - cycloferon were grounded. The maximum effect of treating exacerbation of uterine appendages inflammatory diseases was achieved by applying extracorporal interferoninduced therapy, which raised the effectiveness of treatment in comparison with commonly accepted by 37,8% (by 1,9 times) and contributed to the decrease of recurrence frequency by 5,5 times.
