Object of research: injuries and none eliminated pathology of extrahepatic bile ducts after operations concerning an acute and chronic calculous cholecystitis. The purpose of research: improvement of principles and methods of diagnostics, treatment and prophylaxis of intraoperative injuries and a residual pathology of bile ducts during LCE by means of analysing the frequency, the reasons and consequences of these complications. Methods of research: general-clinical, laboratory, radiological, ultrasonic research, endoscopic, histological, surgical, questionnaire biographical, statistical. Theoretical and practical results: the reasons and mechanisms of development of complications were investigated during LCE. Detailed classification of injuries of bile ducts by their character and mechanisms of occurrence was developed. Algorithms of diagnostics and correction of the complications arising during laparoscopic operations concerning an acute and chronic calculous cholecystitis were worked out. Medical tactics at patients with traumas of bile tracts after performance of LCE was improved. The complex of actions on prophylaxis of the complications arising during or after laparoscopic operations concerning cholelithiasis was developed. A degree of introduction: results of research were introduced into practical work of regional clinical traumatological hospital and a city clinical hospital of Kharkov.
