Nastroga T. Peculiarities of development of duodenal ulcer at persons, who have undergone an influence of ionizing radiation as depending on psychosomatic correlation.

Object of investigation: peptic ulcer of duodenum. Purpose of investigation: the increasing of diagnosis effectiveness who were undergone the influence of ionizing radiation of the basis deepening the knowledge concerning psychosomatic correlation of the organism and the influence HB bacteria on mucous membrane of the stomach. Investigation methods: clinical (questioning psychological testing, physical examination), biochemical (content of products of lipid dialdehydrate peroxide resistance of erytrocytos and antioxidant provision of the organism - ceroplasmine, superoxidedismutase activity catalase index; instrumental (fibrogastroduodenoscopy, ph-metria); morphological (study of bioptates of mucous membrane of the stomach as well as determining of HP bacteria (Listologically and ureasing test); statistic (study of correlative links). Theoratical and practical results: there was proved the meaning of psychophysiological condition in foronation of clinical, biochemical and morphological changes in patients sick with peptic ulcer of duodenum who were expoused to ionizing radiation. On the basis of it there was proved the necessity of introducing to the therapy of this type large eradicating means and those which influence the nervous system condition. There was worked out the scheme of the revealed disturbances correction for the treatment of duodenal ulcer in patient who were exposed to ionizing radiation. Novelty: it was determined that the course of the disease depends on psychophysiological condition of patients who were in ionizing radiation zone. It was proved that in patients with peptic ulcer of duodenum with the high level of active anxiety. There were observed the mostly expressed changes of clinical manifestations, the least typical clinical picture of disease are seen in patients with low level of reactive anxiety. It was proved for the first time that sick with duodenal ulcer with high level of reactive anxiety there observed high indexes of mucous membrane effectiveness. The degree of seedingHP of mucous membrane depends on mucous membrane condition. There for the first time was prove correlative connection between psychophysiological condition peculiarities of clinical course, POL and OAP condition, morphological changes and HP identification of mucous membrane of he stomach in patients with ПЯДПК which o r as the result of small doses of radiation. There was worked out and applied the scheme of therapy which included antihelicobacter preparations which corrugate psychophysiological of such patients. There was made the comparison of effectiveness of such treatment with well recognized methods and its preference was proved. Inculcation into practice: the results of the works were inculcated in practical work of gastroenterological and therapeutic departments of the 4th clinical hospital, consulting room of ЛHА on CHAPS of Poltava-city, Second and First city hospitals, Zinkovsky CPH, Dikanka СRH, the Institute of therapy of AMS.
