Lavrova N. The influence of concomitant calculous cholecystitis on local factors of ulcer genesis in case of duodenal ulcer disease and option of the medical treatment tactics

Dissertation deals with the studying the influence of concomitant gallstone disease on the condition of ulcergenesis of local factors (acid and peptic aggression, Helicobacter pylori gastric mucous infection, duodenal gastric reflux) and also protective factors of gastroduodenal mucosa (gastric mucines level in mucus) in patients with duodenal ulcer disease in the period of acute disease condition and choice of special treatment tactics It was determined that at concomitant cholelithiasis the more expressive true alterations in ulcer genesis factors were defined with higher level of helicobacrteriosis, frequent occurrence of duodenogastric reflux and more significant reduction of mucopolysaccharides in gastroduodanal mucus It was determined that intensity and expression of the revealed disorders correlated with high level of Hp infection It confirms its significant pathogenetic participation in development and relapse either of ulcer disease or of the cholelithiasis The proposed and approved treatmentscheme for the patients with combined pathology is pathogeneticly well-grounded and highly effective
