Essay

The dissertation is devoted to problem of therapeutic effectiveness of xenotransplantation of tissue of cortex of adrenal which was taken from new-born pigs in cases of chroniс hypofunction of adrenal after bilateral adrenalectomy. It was approved an improving of general condition of such patients and noticed long-term clinical compensation of hypocorticism, that gives a possibility to decrease doses of gormonal therapy up to 50-70%. This effect of transplantation is perfect during no less than 6 months and is the same with effect of allotransplantation. Approved a possibility of providing of repeated xenotransplantation.
