3. The object of a research - is a pricing mechanism of industrial enterprises products. The objective of research: economic substantiation of methods of conducting flexible pricing policy under modern economic conditions. Research methods: comparison, modeling of parametric prices, analysis of price lines, abstract-logical. Theoretical result: theoretical basis of adaptation of prices to market conditions is developed: principles of creation and mechanism components. The applied value is determined by the development of proposals concerning the improvement of methods of implementing the pricing policy taking into account technology branch specifics, by the using of the tree of objectives for ensuring the extended reproduction and setting competitive machine prices. Scientific novelty: The concept is developed and principles of building of an enterprise's adaptive pricing policy are summed up. Determination of equally profitable use of basic and new machinery is given. Marginal equal prices are identified. A system of criteria for estimating equal profitability of new and replaced machinery is proposed. It is proved that the range of probable actual selling prices is within the bounds of a minimum market price of a competitor's product (analogue) and the upper limit of a producer's price. It is proved that the consumer effect sum from the new machinery equals the value of net cash flows. Methods of calculation and building of a machine price discount scale are developed. A model of economic substantiation of enterprises' pricing policy is proposed. Degree of introduction.
