Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the development of the new methods of complex cure of seroresistant syphilis, with application of autotransfusion of blood irradiated by ultraviolet rays and hepatoprotective remedies which was based on the epidemic, serologic and pathogenetic peculiarities of seroresistant syphilis on the modern stage. It was shown, that the development of seroresistance is more often seen after second recedives and earlier latent syphilis was suffered, if there was nonconformity with the method of treatment of the foregoing form of syphilis and time of the infection. For the first time with the help of PCR the presence of the complex of nucleic acids of Tr. pallidum in the samples of smallvascularisations tissues was shown. The samples were taken from the people who had suffered from syphilis. This testifies the ability of syphilis pathogene to penetrate into out of barriers tissues, where it's difficult for antibiotics and immunocompetent cells to have an effect on it. Taking into account the received data we developed the new methods of cure. The efficiency of the new methods of treatment was confirmed by serological observation. The methods which were applied for the treatment of seroresistant syphilis were efficient in 85,3 ± 5,5% cases. The durable negation serologicals tests was in 73,4 ± 6,8% cases. The tendency towards negation was nticed in 11,9 ± 4,9% cases.
