Neryanov K. The peculiarities of the lactation formation in women with pyelonephritis

The aim of this investigation is the decrease of hypogalactia frequency in puerperas with chronic and gestational pyelonephritis by the specializing of the peculiarities of lactation formation and perfection of hypogalactia prophylaxis methods. Pregnancy course and its outcome in 138 expectant mothers and their newborns' state are studied. Complex study of lactation function on 3 and 5 days of postnatal period was done, and fetoplacental complex in the third part of the pregnancy was studied with the help of clinical, echographic, histological and radioimmune methods. Practical recommendations in treating of expectant mothers with pyelonephritis are given. The development of fetoplacental insufficiency in women with different forms of pyelonephritis leads to the increased secretion of hormones in fetoplacental complex, that leads in its turn to the violation of lactation processes. Positive influence of sanatorium cure on the course of pregnancy, delivery, the state of fetoplacental complex in pregnantwomen with different forms of pyelonephritis is stated and the fact of decrease of perinatal risk as well. These allow to recommend sanatorium cure in the complex of medical and preventative measures in such group of pregnant women.
