Dissertation is devoted to elaboration of complex automated forming method of conjugated non-linear surfaces without interference. Work aim consists of creation and inculcation in production of contemporary automated designing methods of exact, highly productive cutting tools dismissing interference on the basis of complex forming of conjugated surfaces. Researches methods: methods of descriptive geometry, theoretical bases and theorem Podkorutov А.N. Theoretical and practical results: is worked up a new automated graphic method of normals for exclusion of interference on designing stage; for the first time is worked up a complex forming method of conjugated non-linear surfaces without interference with kinematics calculation and machine-tool dynamics; is created a geometrical parametric model of cinematic screw; the researches results are by theoretical bases for designing of exact highly productive worm millings cutter without interference. Use sphere: machine-building, shipbuilding, aircraft industry.
