Object of the study is turnover costs in production funds of engineering plants. Objective of study is theoretic substantiation and practical recommendations elaboration related to formation of turnover costs at enterprises based upon the choice of supply manner and their efficiency improvement in the conditions of unstable demand on products. Methods of research include those of analysis and synthesis, selective investigations and statistic group formation as well as theory of probability and economic modeling. Theoretical and practical results: methodic recommendations on substantiation and choice of material supply way pf production which usage provides improvement of turnover costs management mechanism. Novelty is improvement of management system pf production reserves considering variable demand pf products that provides their efficient utilization at enterprises with complicated technologic structure and multiple products.
