Object of research - state management of territorial unit on an example of Dobropolya regional state administration. The purpose of research - complex development of the theoretical approaches and methodical measures of strategic management of development of territorial unit on the basis of corporation principles and logistic methods. Methods of research - system-structural analysis, methods of the functional analysis, the polycriteria approach, method of the comparative analysis, methods of mathematical statistics. The practical significance of the received results consists in formation, introduction and realization of the strategic program of development of territorial unit; to development of the circuit of criteria of stratification of market space of territorial unit and substantiation of market strategy of village area; formation of hierarchical structure of logistic system of territorial unit; To estimation of efficiency of logistization of territorial unit on the basis of account to factor of aworking capital, size of the pure discont income, factor of the compromises and borders of an logistic index. The scientific novelty of the received results consists in the substantiation of methodology of the complex approach to strategy of management of development of territorial unit based on principles of logistic, that will allow to increase efficiency of the programs of development of territorial unit. The conceptual logistic circuit of management of territorial unit for the first time is developed and the mechanism of determination of its stability is offered at the balanced regional reproduction; is justified the logistic approach to formation of strategy of development of territorial unit. The submission about a role and borders of action of levers of management of the coordination of interests of the state, territories, population is advanced; the situation circuit of the analysis of concrete territorial unit. Have received the further development the substantiation of concept "territorial unit"; principles of corporate management of territorial units; models of management of financial improvement of the enterprises, mobilization of credit and financial resources on directions of development of territorial unit; functional stricturization of management of territorial unit at a level of regional state administration. The applied aspects of thesis, technique of realization of strategy of management of complex development of territorial unit are used at formation of strategy of development of Dobropolya area and at teaching rates of lectures on strategic and regional marketing in Donetsk state academy of management.
