For revealing the regional and branch tendencies of development of small business and the substantiations of strategic directions of formation of the programs of its financial credit support were used a programmed target method, methods of strategic and regional management. The practical importance of the received results - is, that the scientific - methodical recommendations for formation of the regional financial credit mechanism of management of development of small business, legal and economic mechanisms of their realization are lead up to a level of the concrete offers and are introduced in Donetsk area.
